Reclaimed Biltmore Pine Trestle Table

Elegantly simple, trestle-style dining table built from reclaimed pine from the Historic Bellview Biltmore Hotel. The lumber used for the table were floor joists in their first life and maintain some elements that tell their story, including the plugged holes of the knob and tube wiring, and plugged nail holes from the floor boards.

Basque White Oak “Ship” Table

This dining table is made from solid white oak ‘remnants’ from the construction of the San Juan Whaling ship replica in the Basque Country. The opposing curves and arches in the base are inspired by forms and shapes that appear in the ships frames. Hand cut joinery including tapered sliding dovetails, scribed tenons, and butterfly keys on the live edge top.
